Rate (Euro, per apartment):

Minimum stay: 3 nights

* In case living-dining-kitchen is shared by two groups, 5 Euro per person per night will be discounted.

The rates are inclusive of:Utilities (gas, electricity, water)

Check-in/check-out time:

Check-in: after 15 o'clock

Check-out: before 12 o'clock

Check-in/out before 8 o'clock and/or after 20 o'clock will be charged extra 10 Euro fee each time.

Payment: Payment can be done either by cash (at check-in time) or by credit card (need to be registered in advance).  In case of credit card payment, 5% fee will be added to the total amount.

Confirmation of reservation: Credit card payment gurantee has to be made prior to the check-in.

Cancellation policy:

No charge till 1 week before the check-in

30% of total amount till 3 days prior to the check-in

90% till the day before to the check-in

100% on the check-in day

Deposit:

100 Euro up to 1 week

Additional 100 Euro for each additional week

Deposit will be returned at check-out time privided that no damage is done to the apartment and its equipments.
